Five ball valves apply to industrial production

Ball valves are most commonly used valves that can be seen in many residential and commercial purposes. Basically, ball valves are consisted of a body which contains a ball with hole at the center to regulate the flow of fluids like gas and water; a horizontal lever is use in ball mill to directing the valve where to move and a stem at the top holding both lever and ball.

Check Valves
Check valves is considered as second most common type of valve that can be seen in most of the routine applications. Check valves are usually simple valves used to control the flow of fluids from one side and these valves are also consisted of two-ports body, one for the entrance of fluid while other for the exit.

Gate Valves
Gate valve is generally made up of metals like stainless steel and it is one of the oldest valve types that regulate the fluids according to your demands. Gate valves consist of door vertically attached to the stem, when lever rotates the door blocks and releases the pass-away.

Hydraulic Valves
Hydraulic valves are very heavy duty valves used to control the fluids either they are highly pressurized or required different flowing directions. Hydraulic valves varied into some sub types according to uses like pressure control, flow control and direction control valves.

Needle Valves
Needle valves are one of the comprehensive types of valve used to control high pressure fluids. Needle valves consist of a needle style plunger installed vertically or horizontally with the stem and used to regulate the speed of fluids.

Valve Parts
Valves majorly consist of 7 parts that are following:
Body - Body contains whole of the elements of valves.
Bonnet Bonnet covers the whole upper element of valve.
Stem - Stem is operational part that connects the actuator or lever to disk or ball.
Actuator - Actuator or lever is a handle for moving ball and stem.
Packing - Packing is the seal that controls the overflow of fluids from valve.
Seat Seat is attachment commonly stick with disk.
Disk - Disks are the plates and sometimes balls that control the flow of fluids.

All of the above information, these Types of Valves look similar to each other but functionalities will be justified when you feel the need conversions of fluids in different ways. Valves are one of the fittings that will keep your cone crusher fluids safe from many unsecure situations, so they are the necessary parts of industry.
